Preferred Seating

Arrive at the venue at least 40 minutes before curtain and subscribers will be allowed into the theater first to choose their seating before non-subscribers. Subscribers get a 10 minute head start!

Subscribers get their own season subscriber card. Show this to our box office personnel to let them know you are a subscriber.

How It Works

  1. Purchase your Season Subscription

    Online or by phone at (415) 762-2071 ext. 6.

  2. We will set up your season subscription on

    Within 3-5 business days, the Subscriber Concierge will manually set-up your subscription on and email you your personalized link as well as the Brown Paper Tickets order confirmation number. This personalized link is exclusively for you to use and allows you access to your subscription on You will also receive a subscriber information packet through the mail with your subscriber membership card.

  3. Reserve Your Tickets

    • Reserve Your Tickets Online (recommended)
      Use your personalized Brown Paper Tickets link you received in Step 2 to reserve your tickets to the performance dates of your choice. This link allows you to change your attendance date and more.

      • Cinderella: To reserve tickets for Cinderella, Subscribers will need to make their reservations for the performance date of their choice online using their personalized Brown Paper Tickets link, emailing, or calling our office (415) 762-2071 ext. 6. Subscribers must make their ticket reservations for Cinderella no later than Wednesday, December 20th, 2017.

      Call your personal subscriber concierge at (415) 762-2071 ext. 6. We can assist in selecting and reserving tickets, providing suggestions on the best dates to attend the show, as well as making recommendations to nearby establishments for dinner or drinks. Let us take the work off your shoulders!

      Brown Paper Tickets is working to improve their current live customer service assistance for our subscribers. Please let them know you have a season pass and would like to reserve your tickets for a performance. Have your Brown Paper Tickets order confirmation number ready which has been provided to you by our office in Step 2.
  4. Attend the show!

    The venue box office opens 60 minutes before curtain. Present your subscriber card/provide your name to the box office personnel to retrieve your reserved Will Call tickets. Arrive at the venue at least 40 minutes before curtain for preferred seating in which Subscribers will be let inside the theater to choose their seating first before regular patrons. reserve your seating


What is general seating?

General seating means open seating. You choose where you want to sit when you arrive at the venue for the performance. It’s first come, first served. Subscribers have preferred seating giving them a 10 minute head start in selecting seats before non-subscribers when they arrive at the venue at least 40 minutes before curtain.

I’m a Subscriber, how do I reserve my tickets?

Subscribers can reserve their tickets to the performance date of their choice using their personalized link they received from our office through email. If you need assistance, please call the Subscriber Concierge at (415) 762-2071 ext. 6

I’m a Subscriber, I want to attend a performance with a friend. How do I purchase a ticket for my friend?

Advanced single tickets can be purchased online. If you missed advanced ticket sales, you can also come to the venue box office starting 60 minutes before curtain to purchase single tickets for the upcoming performance that day.
