Our wheelchair seating can only be booked through our office at (415) 762-2071 ext. 6. We do this to make sure that we are able to accommodate wheelchair users and their guests in the appropriate seats. Should a seat not near the wheelchair be available, we will need to bring a folding chair if room allows.
We always love to see our patrons and supporters, but the office is a 1.5 person operation. Meaning that we don’t really have the capacity to dedicate an individual solely to handle ticket orders in our office. Therefore we do not handle any ticket orders at our office. You must purchase tickets through our box office, Brown Paper Tickets, or at the performance venue one hour prior to the show. Group tickets are processed through us via phone, fax, and email, but not in person.
We strongly recommend everyone to purchase their tickets as soon as possible to reserve their seating. Online ticket sales end 4 hours prior to performance. If you missed online ticket sales, we recommend coming to the theater one hour prior to the performance to purchase your tickets. We will try to accommodate you as best as we can, but we might have to turn you away if it is a sold out show. So please try to purchase tickets online asap to guarantee that you have a seat!
We do take credit cards now. This past season we invested in the Square stand and now taking credit cards are a breeze. Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express are acceptable forms of payment along with checks and cash.
We do not take any ticket reservations. Only purchases can be made because that is a guarantee of commitment to show. In the past we accommodated individuals to reserve tickets on a special occasion only to not show or not pay and it makes our box office much more complicated on an already archaic and taxing system.
We always love to have future theatre patrons join us. We tell parents that we have a recommended minimum age for each production. However, you know your child best – given their age and ability to sit through a performance. If you have young children or infants, we suggest to purchase seats close to the aisle so you may have an easy access to handle any needs your children might have during the performance.
Our rule is that a seat does not need to be purchased for a child if they are seated on the lap of an adult. If your child takes a seat, that seat must be paid.
If an event is sold-out (no tickets are available for purchase online), we will create a waiting list. To get on the waiting list, the potential patron must come in person to the box office one-hour prior to curtain to place their name on the waiting list. Box Office staff will record the name of the individual with how many tickets they are seeking to purchase.
Placing your name on the waiting list does not guarantee entry or the opportunity to purchase a ticket. Our box office staff will take the available tickets for re-sale and match them with the number of tickets needed from each person on the waiting list starting in sequential order.

We love groups. Not only do they assist in filling our house, but the amount of manpower it takes to get one person in a group provides 10 times the amount of traffic. Therefore, we provide special discount for groups with a minimum of 10 people!
